We are seeking qualified investment in the DAMPS I LP.  The DAMPS I LP is a California Regulation D (Form D) Rule 506 Limited Partnership.  B&B Technologies LP is the Managing Partnership for the DAMPS I LP .  Jeff Brown is the General Partner for both entities.  The DAMPS LP is raising $ 5.5 million in equity funding for the USA based manufacturing ramp of DAMPS technology Smart boots for the military medical and professional/commercial work markets.
