The updated management projections are provided to add supplementally what management believes is their best faith, realistic and attainable projected industry licensing figures not presented in the earlier ROI projections.
DAMPS manufacturing is still being planned however the justifiable reality of DAMPS licensing potential now justifies this supplement projections for an investors review.
Projections are not guarantees however they are intended to give a potential investor a best appraisal or a believed and researched reality for footwear industry unit volumes earnings and licensing viability.

Management has proposed the following;

a) DAMPS Licensing Revenue Range from; $162.5 million in earnings in five years at the low end of our range, which is 500K units @ $5 per royalty units, annually, times 13 DAMPS Lines.

b) To a High End DAMPS Licensing Range of $845 million at the high end of the range with 2 million units @ $10 per royalty unit annually , times 13 DAMPS lines over 15 years, the life of the prime DAMPS patent.

c) Based on these updated projections; A minimum $6,250 .025% DAMPS I LP Equity Block investment would yield $41,250 on the low end of the range to a high of $210,000 on the high end of the projected range. Again these projections are not guarantees but rather industry information to better assist an investor with the best management information available at the time.
