General Partner Update

The DAMPS I LP has reached several important valuation milestones, with our government contract, SEMS Smart Boot Prototypes, successful shock mitigation testing and DAMPS I management These milestones have put the partnership in a value added position re our overall valuation.

Currently management is focused on our Phase I to Phase II military contract transition, FDA and APMA approval and concurrently offering our DAMPS Technology Licensing Package, as other very important milestones. Therefore, all past valuation comments outlined on DAMPS.com are hereby suspended by the General Partner until such time as management feels justified in recalculating the DAMPS technology valuation.
