Independent Testing on April 19, 2004, a DAMPS Technology Smart Boot prototype outsole test measured a heel strike of 52 p.s.i ( Pounds Per Square Inch ), while a conventional military boot measured 126 p.s.i.

The difference between 52 p.s.i and 126 p.s.i equals unprecedented and unparallel shock mitigation at biomechanic levels never believed possible by the military and the footwear industry. A link to view this F-Scan in-shoe sensor testing will follow.

As a direct follow-up, management is now actively pursuing the steps required for FDA approval for DAMPS technology as a medical device for advanced shock mitigation. Diabetics and other foot shock pressure sufferers will be the recipients of this effort.

In additional our consulting podiatrist Dr. John Ciccone is also providing essential follow-up for American Podiatrist Medical Association (APMA ) seal of approval.
